Keith Lathon,
recently retired Builder/ Developer, who subscribes to the Frank Lloyd Wright school of organic building and design, began
buiding homes at the age 10 when he helped his parents renovate a 103 year old home which they lived for many years.
His parents, who both teachers, held real estate licenses and were involved in new construction, instilled in him the skills
and values necessary to build excellent homes. Keith’s mother Nellye Lathon has held the office of the President
for Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Board in his hometown. His father, legendary
Coach Esau Lathon, the first Black Head coach at a predominantly White school in America and will always remain his hero. After moving to Atlanta 13 years ago from New York City to accept a job with CNN, he bought and renovated a house
and moved his family right in. Over the following years he cut his teeth, in the 3rd district in Metro Atlanta, one of the toughest areas at the time and became a success in
a very tough Real Estate Market. After many projects he split with his business partner to form a company that pushed
the industry standards in Home Building. Success and failure followed, but he stayed fast in his vision and developed a Custom home with standards that meet
and exceed any house in the World. Keith is recognized as a Sub-Zero Wolf Preferred Builder with the World
's Best Kitchen Appliances and Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, the best floors on the Planet. With these and many other
manufactures, your home can stand up to any house in the World for its Products and Craftsmanship. Being penned as "The
Bling Bling Builder" by Al Weems of Rolling Out Magazine, Keith has developed a one of a kind style that is truly suited for
the Custom Home Market. And he intends to pass down the torch of successful homebuilding to; his son Kyle and
daughter Kyla. Recently retired Keith is enjoying life, spending time with family, coaching football and fishing
when he can. He would like to wish all well and World Peace.
